Good Behavior Game Comprehensive Skillset
Ray Joslyn
This project will result in the development of a stack of competency-based microcredentials that includes the evaluation of observable, measurable behavior using a rubric. In the spirit of a behavioral approach to learning, individuals who do not meet the mastery criteria on their first submission will receive feedback on their performance and have an opportunity to resubmit materials for further consideration.
This is a low-cost, asynchronous online micro-credential that is available to behavior analysts, teachers, school staff, and administrators to receive training in the Good Behavior Game (GBG). The GBG has remarkable short- and long-term effects on both students and teachers. The micro-credential consists of three badges, which contain scientific concepts that are built upon each other.
