John Borrero received his bachelor of science degree from Louisiana State University in 1997, where he worked primarily with Dr. Timothy R. Vollmer. After earning his degree, he completed one year of post-baccalaureate work at the University of Pennsylvania and Children’s Seashore House in Philadelphia. In 1998, John was accepted to the experimental analysis of behavior area in the psychology department at the University of Florida under the supervision of Timothy R. Vollmer. In December 2001, he received a master of science degree. His research has focused on descriptive analysis, functional analysis, choice, parent training, and the quantitative analysis of behavior. John has also served as one of two regional coordinators for a statewide behavior analysis initiative designed to provide training for care providers who serve abused and neglected children in Florida.
